Inattentive Worker Puts Ladder on Baseboard Causing Fall

Info from Licensor: "This was an electrician who came to my grow facility to do some work. While he was setting up his ladder, the contractor didn't notice that the feet of the ladder were on the baseboard, creating an uneven surface. As he climbed up the ladder, it moved and collapsed on him. He was fine but had a bruised ego."
